License Agreement
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Mockup Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our mockup products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement covers the rights and limitations regarding the use of our digital products and any customizations made to them.
1. License Grant
1.1) Mockup Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mockups purchased or downloaded from our site.
1.2) Our products come with a Commercial License allowing you to use the mockups in both personal and commercial projects, including client work, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
1.3) You are not permitted to resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products in any form, whether as standalone files or in modified formats.
2. Permitted Uses
2.1) Mockups purchased from Mockup Lab may be used to create digital and printed designs for commercial or personal use.
2.2) You may customize the mockups to fit your project needs. This includes changing colors, adding or modifying elements, and integrating the mockups into larger designs.
2.3) Redistribution of the mockups as-is or modified for direct sale, sharing, or inclusion in products designed for resale is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitations and Prohibited Uses
3.1) Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute our mockups in their original or altered forms, whether for free or for sale.
3.2) Trademark Use: You may not use Mockup Lab’s mockups to create logos or trademarks without explicit permission.
3.3) Unlawful Use: You agree not to use our mockups in any way that is illegal or that could infringe upon the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1) All intellectual property rights in the mockups remain with Mockup Lab. You receive a license to use the mockups, not ownership rights.
4.2) Mockup Lab retains all rights to our designs, concepts, and mockup files, and we reserve the right to revoke the license in the event of misuse or breach of this Agreement.
5. Refund Policy
5.1) Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available. If you encounter issues with a file, please contact us within 24 hours at hi@mockuplab.org, and we will be happy to assist.
6. Liability and Warranties
6.1) Mockup Lab provides all mockup products "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2) We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from the use of our mockups.
7. Updates to License Agreement
7.1) Mockup Lab may update this License Agreement from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and we will notify users directly when significant updates are made.
